General reflection
I think that the lesson has good didactic elements. A good element of the class is that it carries real objects related to the theme of the class, which is fruit, colours and numbers. However, the way in which the teacher conducts her classes does not seem to me to be adequate, as she does not make good use of the language.
It is important to use the L2 or LF at all times when teaching that language, and to avoid using the L1 in the classroom, as this could confuse the students. A clear example of this confusion is when the teacher asks pupils in Polish and English about the colours of fruit and they answer in their L1 (Polish) instead of L2 (English) as it is difficult for them to differentiate which language to speak. Although in some cases it is necessary to say some words if the pupils do not understand some instructions, but it is not appropriate, as I have mentioned, to make use of another language than the target language.
I would not speak in the students' L1 (Polish) unless they did not understand me. I would be clearer with the instructions in English, (for example, in the activity where I blindfold them and they have to guess the colour of the fruit, I would blindfold them and make them guess which fruit it is just by touching it, or I would avoid blindfolding the students). On the other hand, I would find a more appropriate song for the lesson. As an assessment I would have them draw the fruits or match the name of the fruits with pictures.
